Welsh landlords asked to raise building goals News Inside Housing
"There are currently 91,000 people on council waiting lists in Wales"
Do we know how many people there are in Wales who don't qualify for the lists or have given up all hope?
The housing association of which I am a member wants to build on our land, the planners say NO. The need is for 82 and rising.
